Terms of service

Effective 9 August 2026. Matchitfy is in development and the service described on this website is not yet available to anyone. These terms cover your use of the website and the early access list. Separate terms will apply to the service itself, and you will be asked to accept them before any account can be used.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of matchitfy.com. In them, "we", "us" and "our" mean that operator; "you" means you, or the business you are acting for. If you accept these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What is being offered right now

Right now, matchitfy.com offers exactly two things: information about a product under development, and a list you can join to be told when that product opens.

No service is being sold, provisioned or delivered. Prices shown on this website are planned prices for a product that does not yet exist. They are not an offer, they are not binding, and they may change before launch.

Sign-in and account creation forms on this website validate your input and then tell you the service is not open. They do not create an account and they do not sign you in.

3. The early access list

If you give us an email address, we will use it to write to you when the product opens, and for nothing else. We will not sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing sequence. You can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to hello@matchitfy.com, and we will remove it without asking why.

Joining the list does not reserve a place, guarantee access, lock a price, or create any obligation on either side.

4. Acceptable use of this website

You may read this website, share links to it, and quote it. You may not:

• attempt to gain access to any system, account or data that is not intended to be public;
• probe, scan or test the security of the site or its infrastructure without our written permission;
• use automated means to place load on the site beyond ordinary reading;
• submit anyone else's personal information through our forms.

If you believe you have found a security problem, please write to security@matchitfy.com. We would rather hear from you than not.

5. Accuracy of what is written here

The pages on this site describe a product being built. Some of what is described is working, some is designed and not yet written, and some will change. We try to say which is which, and where a page compares us to another product, we say when the comparison was made and that you should check it yourself.

Nothing on this website is professional, accounting, tax or legal advice. Reconciliation software helps you find discrepancies. It does not replace an accountant, and it will not be responsible for your filings.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, code and marks on this website belong to us, except where they belong to someone else and are used with permission. The names of other companies and products appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners, and are used to identify those products, not to suggest any association or endorsement.

7. Third-party names and comparisons

Where we name another product, we are describing it as a competitor and nothing more. We have no relationship with those companies, they have not reviewed what we wrote, and the facts we state about them were read from their own public pages on the date noted. If you believe we have described your product inaccurately, write to hello@matchitfy.com and we will correct it.

8. Availability

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available at any particular time, and because the product is in development, we may take it down, change it or replace it without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Because the only ongoing relationship these terms cover is an email address on a list, we will not email you about a change to them; if that matters to you, the fastest remedy is to ask us to remove your address.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
